From the outside, your life looked as though it was pretty good. And then COVID-19 happened.

Use an integrated approach of assessment (biopsychosocial), taking complete history of life experiences. This is followed by therapy designed around your specific needs and goals. Depending upon your needs and goals, this can range from sessions every other week to daily intensives.

 

Can include consultation with a psychiatrist, physician, nutritionist or other specialist as needed.
